Sunday Culture Pty Ltd SELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking a Sunday Cultures stall through the Sunday Culture website you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions Sunday Culture Pty Ltd.
Please refer to our refund policy here for all information on cancellations, refunds and transfers.
By entering a Sunday Culture venue you are agreeing to being filmed on our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts for promotional purposes.
These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes including social media advertising, print materials and more.
The seller is in charge of running their stall on the day, including set-up, management of the stall during market hours and bump-out.
You will need to bring along:
- Your own racks – maximum 2
- Trestle tables – maximum 1
Tables must be covered by a clean tablecloth (any colour). The tablecloth should not drape on the ground, should not be tatty nor frayed.
All stallholder brought display props (e.g. clothes racks, mannequins, mirrors, tables) must be in good working condition and clean in appearance. Wonky, broken or generally worn looking items will not be permitted for display. All stallholder brought items must go home with you!
The seller is responsible for arriving on time for a safe bump in. A cut off time of 7:30am is in place and entry will not be allowed after this time for safety and security reasons.
The seller is responsible for bump-out of their stall in a timely manner at 12pm on market day (unless otherwise advertised)
The seller must ensure the safety of their items for the duration of the market. Sunday Culture Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen.
Sunday Culture Pty Ltd provides access to a Try On Register for sellers to note items being tried on, it is the sellers responsibility to print and use the register to track their items on market day.
The seller is responsible for pricing and displaying their items on market day, this includes supplying their own hangers.
The seller must ensure all items for sale are in a clean, good saleable condition and that they disclose any issues with items to potential buyers.
Sunday Culture Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the authenticity of items sold by sellers. The seller is responsible for providing authenticity certificates for high valued items if reasonably requested by customers.
As a seller at Sunday Culture you agree to provide a safe and clean space in your stall for customers to shop safely. You must provide your own
You will need to bring along your own display props.

All stallholder brought display props (e.g. clothes racks, mannequins, mirrors, tables) must be in good working condition and clean in appearance. Wonky, broken or generally worn looking items will not be permitted for display. All stallholder brought items must go home with you!
Individual stallholder branding/signage must be approved before display is permitted. This can be done via email prior to your market day.
Individual stallholders can discuss any specific requirements/display ideas outside of the above rules with market management for approval.
The seller must ensure all suitcases and storage containers are returned to vehicles before event doors open to keep all floor space clear.
The seller must ensure the racks are kept in their assigned position for the duration of the market.
Sunday Culture Pty Ltd does not allow the sale of fast fashion labels such as Shein, Fashion Nova, kmart or other discount department store labels.
It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure all items are collected on bump out. Sunday Culture Pty Ltd is not responsible if you notice items ‘missing’ after you leave our market.
By booking a ticket, you are signing a contract that you agree to the terms above.
If you are sharing your rack, by agreeing you are by default agreeing to the terms and conditions on behalf of both rack hirers.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your clothes are safe with us, however Sunday Culture Pty Ltd takes no responsibility if an item is damaged, lost or stolen, or if there is a fire, water damage or other unforeseen situations.
Sunday Culture Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time.
