Sunday Culture Seller Terms & Conditions
By booking a stall at Sunday Culture, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all sellers, shared stallholders, and anyone operating within a booked stall space.
1. General Agreement
By purchasing a stall, you are entering an agreement with Sunday Culture and agreeing to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Sunday Culture reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
2. Photography & Filming
By entering a Sunday Culture event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Content captured at our events may be used across:
Instagram
TikTok
Facebook
Paid advertising
Website and print marketing materials
3. Stallholder Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for:
Setting up their stall
Managing their stall during market hours
Packing down and removing all items and rubbish at bump-out
Sellers keep 100% of their sales made on market day using their chosen payment methods.
4. Stall Inclusions
Indoor space with use of a allocated stall space depending on request and confirmation email
Extensive marketing and advertising on social media, email subscriber lists and in the community
Market entry for each stall holder listed on your application form (2 per stall)
Change-rooms for customers use
5. Bump In & Bump Out
Sellers must arrive during the allocated bump-in time of 7 - 7.30am.
For safety and security reasons, all sellers must arrive before the advertised cut-off time of 7:30am. Late entry may not be permitted.
Sellers are also responsible for packing down their stall promptly at the conclusion of the event 12pm and must have exited the venue no later than 1pm.
6. Seller Property & Security
Sellers are responsible for the safety and security of their belongings at all times.
Sunday Culture is not responsible for:
Lost items
Stolen items
Damaged goods
Fire, water damage, or other unforeseen incidents
All unsold items, storage containers, suitcases, and personal belongings must be removed from the venue at bump-out.
7. Product Standards
All items sold must be:
Clean
In good, wearable condition
Accurately represented
Any faults, damage, or imperfections must be clearly disclosed to customers before purchase.
Sellers are responsible for:
Pricing their items
Displaying items appropriately
Bringing their own hangers and labelling materials
8. Authenticity
Sunday Culture is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of items sold by sellers.
If requested, sellers should be able to provide proof of authenticity for high-value or designer items.
9. Market Conduct
Sellers agree to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming shopping environment for customers and fellow stallholders.
To keep the venue safe and accessible:
Walkways must remain clear at all times
Storage items must be returned to vehicles before doors open
Clothing racks must remain in their allocated positions
Shared seating within the venue must not be reserved or blocked off
10. Brand & Product Guidelines
Sunday Culture celebrates curated pre-loved fashion and encourages quality, trend-led, and sustainable pieces.
We discourage the sale of ultra-fast-fashion and discount department store brands, including but not limited to: SHEIN, Target, Kmart, Fashion Nova
Sunday Culture reserves the right to refuse the sale of items deemed unsuitable for the event.
11. Shared Stalls
If you are sharing a stall or rack, the person who completes the booking accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all parties sharing the space.
12. Liability
Sunday Culture accepts no responsibility for:
Seller earnings
Customer disputes
Product authenticity
Lost, stolen, or damaged items
Injuries resulting from seller negligence or unsafe stall setups
Participation in the event is at the seller’s own risk.
13. Final Agreement
By booking a stall and attending Sunday Culture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
